The Söliv International website (www.soliv.com) , the ?Site?, is provided as a service to our customers; it provides information about Soliv International, our ?Grown Green Aquaculture TM farming operations, the products available for sale, and provides a way for product to be purchased. The Site will be updated at times and may provide additional information about our products, and other information we believe may be of interest to our customers and the general public.
All information provided by Söliv International is intended to be used only for educational purposes. Statements made about the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The information on this site is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own physician or health care professional regarding any concerns you have about any skin conditions you may have or any information provided on the Site.
If you choose to register with Söliv International to facilitate shopping or to receive products on a predetermined schedule, you can set up an account with your login email, a password you select, and your billing and shipping information. Unless you wish to receive regular shipments, we will not keep your credit card information. Any information received will be kept confidential and will not be sold to other companies.

The Soliv website is under the control of Soliv International, headquartered in Seattle, Washington in compliance with Washington State laws.
- Soliv International will treat any information sent to Soliv through the website or internet as confidential and will use secure site software. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent against interception by a third party.
- Release: The user of this Site and/or any Soliv International products releases Soliv International and its officers, directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any and all liability claims, counterclaims, demands, damages, or causes of action, which he or she now has or which may hereafter accrue, arising out of, or in any way relating to use of the Soliv website or Soliv International products.
- Indemnification: The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Soliv International, and its officers, directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, costs, liabilities, obligations, damages, deficiencies, expenses, actions, suits, proceedings, demands, assessments and/or judgements, including reasonable attorney?s fees, that are caused by, or result or arise from, any breach by the user of any of these terms and conditions.
- Shipping & Delivery
Currently we ship only to U.S. addresses. All ?Lift? and ?Smooth? products are shipped overnight to assure quality. All other products are shipped using priority mail (1-3 day delivery). Product can be shipped via FedEx if you provide us with your Fed Ex account number.
Orders received by 5:00 pm Sunday through Wednesday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Thursday or Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday to ensure that delivery is made on a weekday.
We regret we cannot ship to Post Office boxes without prior approval; all shipping addresses must have a street address.
- Return Policy
Please choose your products carefully as Söliv International does not accept returns unless product has been damaged in shipping. Returns of this nature will require pre-approval from the Company within 48 hours of product receipt. If you have received a product damaged in transit, please call our Customer Service number 206-270-0112.
